Summer Vacation ☀ 1st one at Otaru's famous restaurant, Nigirigunraisen.
The sake is named after the restaurant and made by Tanaka Sake Brewery near the restaurant 🍶 I didn't see the back label so I don't know the specs, but it's well-balanced and tasty.
It's still in its infancy, but it's ridiculously good!
