Established in 2011, NONDO's sake brewery mainly produces doburoku Rice bran is also included in the ingredients, so the description is "other brewed sake. Maybe if you can get used to the special flavor from the koji, you can drink it as a normal drink, and the alcohol content is low. It's really a great idea to add the shaved bran back in instead of not polishing it. It's probably the best sake I've ever tasted using the maximum amount of rice, better than Kaze no Mori or Niimasa! I'm new to this brewery, but I'll give it another try when they come out with a new product!
