It's been a while, everyone. This is "Kintaka Nigori Sake". It seems to be another brand of Takaraiya. Since it is the Doll's Festival, we decided to make nigori-zake instead of amazake. And a cake, too.

初 鷹来屋。生原酒ということで、口に含むと華やかな香りの後、鮮烈な味わいが広がり、のどごしの後に遅れて甘い香りが鼻に抜けていく。鷹来屋は辛口とのことだけど、これは甘い香りもあり、飲みやすくてスイスイいってしまう。とても美味しい。
