We tasted it at "Traveling SAKE" in Hankyu Department Store and bought it because we liked it.
TOSHERU" is a brand that was used before "ASAHI EI" and had been dormant for a while. It was revived in 2020, the 190th anniversary of the company's founding.
As the label on the back says, "Enjoy the peaceful and relaxing taste of spring sunshine. This is the image of sake 😁.
We will drink it cold.
The aroma is mild with a hint of apple or muscat? Muscat? aroma.
The mouthfeel starts with acidity and bitterness, followed by a pleasant sweetness that spreads slowly and soaks into the tongue, while at the same time the umami spreads gradually, giving it a richness without heaviness.
After swallowing, a gorgeous sweet aroma spreads, and the sweet aroma and full-bodied flavor make your mouth feel like a spring sunrise 😁.
Slightly sweet but with a delicious taste, a way of spreading umami that I have never felt before 😋.
It's still delicious 💞Tochigi love 🥰.
I'd like to try the raw sake instead of the fire-roasted one 😊.
