This is an original sake available at Sakurabar, a famous izakaya in Kiyomizu Gojo.
It is not easy to eat good seafood in Kyoto. However, I have never had a bad fish here.
It goes well with sake.
Ponzu (citrus juice) with unko is the best of the day!
Sashimi and other dishes include horse mackerel, flatfish, swordtip squid, grilled conger eel, and yellowtail. They were all delicious!
