We purchased this at Kinryo no Sato, located on the approach to Konpira-san. The brewery has a long history, but I was attracted by the challenge of "growing up with olive-derived natural yeast," which is typical of Kagawa. The claim of "flavor reminiscent of muscat" notwithstanding (?), it has a perfect balance of sourness and sweetness. It has an exquisite balance of sourness and sweetness, and seems to go well with meat dishes.
