This is the first sake that the current toji (master brewer) tried his hand at making.
In Noto in winter, you can sometimes see "lightning climbing from the sea to the sky" with the potential reversed. We want our customers to experience the spiciness and flavor of a shock like lightning climbing to the heavens when they take a sip!
We have made these two thoughts into our brand name. We hope you will try this product.
Noborai is brewed by a mother and daughter in separate tanks, so there are two types.
