Impression
The color is clear and transparent.
The aroma is light with a hint of fruitiness.
The mouthfeel is smooth, but the umami of the rice and the alcohol taste spread quickly, giving it a sharp, dry taste.
The whole tongue becomes warm and the aftertaste is a little alcoholic and lingers like sake.
I saw a review that said it was sweet, but personally I felt the umami and dryness prevailed over the sweetness 🤔.
(I drank it cold after that and it became slightly sweeter. (I then drank it cold, and it became slightly sweeter, but still covered by the alcohol feeling that comes afterwards).
It went well with strong flavored dishes such as soup and fried food rather than light dishes such as sashimi!
