The introduction is a little more acidic than refreshing.
It seems to be made with acidity in mind.
It is a triple combo of malic acid, lactic acid, and citric acid.
However, there is also a robust sweetness that adds thickness to the acidity.
The outro is a soothing acidity and finishes with a touch of bitterness.
I found another interesting sake.
It is thought to go well with Italian carpaccio.
