Takatsugu
At a liquor store on our trip, we opened a bottle of "Karesansui," a three-year-old sake that was recommended for heating sake.
First, we sipped it cold. The taste is sour and nourishing.
Next, we warmed it up and sipped it. The taste is deep with a pleasant aftertaste and a sweetness that spreads in the mouth. You will be wrapped in a sense of security as if you were soaking in a hot spring.
A good sake that can be enjoyed both as an old sake and heated up. Delicious. ‼️
