Breweries that didn't show up at last year's Gifu Sake Event were exhibiting, so we went to the Gifu booth.

Polishing ratio 50%, common rice, 15 degrees, Sake degree +4, 2090 yen
I thought it was a classic sake, but it was more fruity than I imagined. I thought it was a high-class sake, but it wasn't that expensive.
When I looked at the website, there were several types of daiginjos, so I guess they change the price depending on the rice and polish.
