Mukawa Roadside Station, Otoyo Sushi
After finishing our work in Hidaka, we had a long drive back to Sapporo.
A short break in Mukawa!
At the Mukawa Roadside Station, we got a bottle of sake with the name of Mukawa!
We will drink it at the hotel!
Dinner at Otoyo Sushi, a favorite in this town famous for its Yanagiba fish!
There was no one sitting at the counter, so we had nigiri!
We had a nigiri and a tsubu at the end, and then headed back to Sapporo!
We filled our glasses with ice and compared the Shinkappu and Mukawa!
Mukawa is a very aromatic, fruity and sweet sake!

Later in the week, a senior Mutsu resident will be coming to Sapporo, so we will have a glass of sake with him!
