The most distinctive feature of this sake is that it is made from rice milky quin. The rice itself has a strong sweetness, so this one also has that kind of atmosphere.
The aroma is like a lactic acid drink, and when you put it in your mouth, a solid acidity and sweetness come together to attack you.
After the acidity disappears, a firm sweetness, even if it is rice sweetness, can be felt.
What can I say, rice milk. It's like rice milk...or maybe you can't tell...it's delicious.
