The person at the booth was either a staff member of Okage Yokocho or came to the booth to help and did not drink alcohol.
◉Tenichi Honjozo Activated Nigori Sake
Tenichi's entry, which I learned about at the Mie Sake Event, was a nigori sake. It was active nigori, but it was too sloppy to pour and harder to get out of the bottle than it was to open.
Contrary to its creamy appearance, the dryness was most impressive, with a porridge-like mushiness that felt more like eating than drinking.
I felt sorry for the poor guy who was sent to a booth where it was difficult to pour, even though he doesn't drink alcohol.
