Gin no Iroha" is a newly created sake rice from Miyagi.
The aroma is subdued and the mouthfeel is clean! The sweetness of the rice comes gradually and disappears quickly. I'd like to try other sakes made with this rice, too! Beautiful sake! That's the feeling.
