Today I had a light toast with a friend on the go.
I tasted it at an event and bought it because it was easy to drink and had a stylish label.
It has a sweet aroma, a gentle mouthfeel, sweetness and umami that spreads softly, and a dry aftertaste that goes down the throat nicely.
It has a nice balance between the light dryness and sweet fruity taste that is typical of Niigata. ☺️
I didn't quite catch the woody aroma 😅 but it was delicious: ⭕️
