Today's second bottle is 😏😏😏😏!
I had a first taste of it a long time ago and raved about its cost-effectiveness and lack of name recognition (you can buy it anytime and it's delicious)...Junmai Ginjo Harugasumi✨ from Kyuyo Masamune in Kumamoto Prefecture!
Ha... 😦I found myself back to Kyushu sake again 💦.
Something seems to be attracting me quite a bit lately 😓 lol
Well, I'll leave it at that....I've been curious about Kyushu Sake for a while now, and I noticed that they've added a new Spring Sake, so I brought it to my house 😆.
I opened the bottle immediately: ❗️
The aroma is not that strong 🤔.
I think it has a good balance of sweetness, umami, and bitterness 😆 from the beginning to the end 👌
But I would like to comment on the dryness of the taste, it may be a bit lacking compared to the Junmai Kyuyo which I drank for the first time 😓.
It has a beautiful taste, but if you ask me if it's notably different from other sake breweries... I don't really feel it 💦(maybe I just don't have a good palate).
Then I remembered I forgot to stir it while drinking it, so I stirred it and drank it again 🍶.
It tastes better now lol!
Lesson learned, you have to stir the orikara-mi! It's 👌👌.
Day 2🗒️
The feeling of cleanness has increased 😁.
But on the other hand, it also feels less distinctive 💦.
