Weekend in Aizuwakamatsu🤗
While strolling around town, I found a sake bar 🍶 that looked like a casual place to hang out.
It's called "Digital Denen Sake Bar Kanmasu".
You can compare 6 cups of Aizu sake 🤗.
And there is a virtual waitress named "sake taster V-tuber Honori-san". Very advanced ✨.
Nyotanbo Special Junmai
Slightly more classic. Sweet and tasty, with an occasional nasal kick. Full-bodied taste 😌.
Kuradaiko Dry Junmai
Almost no sweetness. The umami of the rice stands out. Exemplary dryness with good sharpness 😎.
Aizu Junmai Sake
Clean sweetness and umami of rice, with a delayed acidity. It seems to go well with meat dishes 🍖.
Suehiro Yamahai Junmai
Slightly sweet and tasty rice flavor, with delayed acidity. It is not so sour that you feel sourness. The sweetness is also refreshing 😙.
Kaito Otokoyama Tokubetsu Junmai Yume no Kaori
Soft and straight on the palate. The umami of the rice and a hint of sweetness are the core of the taste, accented by bitterness 🎵.
Sasa Masamune Junmai Sake
Mellow mouthfeel centered on the umami of the rice. It is thick with a subtle classical flavor.
I enjoyed a variety of Aizu sake 😆.
There was also a course of gold medal winning sake🥇 to compare, but we still have a long way to go so save it 😌.
