While shopping, I noticed that we didn't have any sake, so I bought some.
I buy it at room temperature. I prefer it chilled, so I put it in the freezer to drink quickly.
When I drank it after about 3 hours, it had no taste at all. I figured it was probably too cold, so I let it sit for an hour and drank it after it reached a good temperature.
It has a slight ginjo aroma, and I think it is a Niigata style dry and clean finish, but it has no taste.
It was a disappointment after a long time.
