I bought it this time because I drank Asakai sake a long time ago and thought it was to my liking.
It was slightly sweet and had a gorgeous aroma. It was light and easy to drink, so it could be enjoyed either as an evening drink or a mealtime drink.
I think I liked it best with the firefly squid with vinegared miso in today's meal.
