Hato Masamune Junmai-shu - Brewed with malic acid yeast
100% straightforward
I bought this sake without much thought, and I tend not to like sourness in both coffee and sake, but I didn't realize how delicious sourness could be! But this sake made me think that acidity is so good! It was one of my top three sakes of the year.
