When we think of Kiso Fukushima sake, Kuroemon XVI and Nanasho come to mind, but this is our first sake!
This is the first time for me to drink this sake. It has a Nagano-like apple flavor with a firm umami, yet it cuts through refreshingly, so you can drink it as much as you want.
This is so delicious!
