Cheers to 3 days late as sake nouveau.
It's a balanced sake. It's a balanced sake that keeps throwing itself at the right spots down the middle.
It's lightly nigori, but not too complex. There is a slight bitterness near room temperature.
The third day I don't like it so much because of the three-dimensional feeling or the astringent feeling in the latter half. I decided to let it sit for a while.
7 days +α Oh, was it such a beautiful feeling? The impression is better than the first day, but I can't get rid of the impression in the middle of the day.
