The label is beautiful ~ ❣️
As I was looking at it, the owner's daughter talked to me!
She told me that it was brewed with black malted rice.
The taste is sweet and sour, crisp and clear, and she said she wanted us to drink it as an aperitif or an aperitif rather than as a mealtime sake.
The couple makes their sake alone, and there are not many places in Kyushu that sell it.
The owner also says that the growth potential of this sake is very attractive.
The owner and his daughter strongly recommended this sake, so we decided to try it😍!
Powerful gassiness 😲.
If you don't hold the lid firmly, it will fly away 😆.
When poured, it was as bubbly as a sparling wine!
I know I said it was sour, but it's very good ❣️ sweet and sour, just the way I like it!
This is so good!
I'd love to try the white yeast version in spring: ❣️

You are drinking a lot of sake!
And I didn't know there was such a sake in neighboring Kyoto!

SakeRun-san❣️ hmmm 😆 I do drink sake but I tend to skip posting 🤣.
It seems to be from a small brewery where only a couple make sake! I really liked this one 😋The goodness of sake can't be measured by the size of the brewery 😆.
