Packaged sake using my favorite sake rice, Aiyama
Slightly fizzy
The aroma is calm yet gorgeous.
All of the sake brands have a lot of umami, but this one seems to have a particularly strong umami.
I think it is about the same as Bizen Omachi.
The taste is really delicious, with a balance of mellow umami, slight sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.
At the same time, the mouthfeel is fresh and light.
The price is a little expensive for a packaged sake, but it is not out of the ordinary!
