At the Akita Issenkai, I found a bottle of sake from Kikusui Sake Brewery, which I used to love. When I asked if they were not having a booth at this year's event, I was shocked to hear that they had entered bankruptcy proceedings last month. Life is full of sorrow, isn't it?
