A junior won it in a raffle.
We were told that each person could purchase up to six bottles, so we asked for one. However, he did not buy one because he thought the price was too expensive. (Why did you enter the lottery?!!!)
I don't have a good nose, but I can't describe the aroma, but it was so gorgeous that I could smell it just by holding the sake cup close to me.
It is a well balanced, beautiful and unique sake with strong sweetness and umami, light acidity, and a slight astringency.
The aftertaste is soft and lingering.
The price is well worth it.
It is very tasty.
