Hakuryu Shuzo, Echigo Densho, Junmai Daiginjo Blue Label Aeon's 980 yen daiginjo series Rice variety unknown. Slightly sweet, but the aftertaste is dry and light, with no ginjo aroma at all, but is this a daiginjo?

The sake is colorless, clear, and beautiful. It is a Junmai Daiginjo, so we took a sip with high expectations. You can feel the flavor of the rice, and when it goes down your throat, it goes through your nose with a crispness.

998円(税抜)＠イオン　2.5点(次回ナシ) 期待の純米大吟醸だったが、何だろう、違う。一口目で違う。というか、やはり値段なりか。。。舌触りが尖っているし、香り高くない。
