I found an unfamiliar face in the sake section at Takatsuki Hankyu and bought it. The sales floor is small, but it is interesting to take a peek at the rare brands they sometimes have in stock.
When the bottle is opened, it smells like pears. The sweetness spreads in the mouth, and the acidity is very sharp and lingers in the mouth. It is easy to drink and highly recommended.
