We tasted sake from Hayashi in the southeastern part of Kurashiki City.
When I drank the Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Original Sake of "Iori", I enjoyed it very much, so I bought the Hiyaoroshi Special Junmai this time.
It is a really good sake with a lot of flavor, but not too much. It is a really delicious sake.
