The aroma is of the vinegared ethy type 😚.
The mouthfeel is quite light, creating an atmosphere of richness, but the sake is rather light and smooth! (A mix of banana and caramel with a clear sweetness like wasanbon! 😍)
This is a PB product of Kitanishi Shuzo, the company that brews Sairai! I happened to see it and bought it! 😋
