sugizI got this bottle at Miyazaki Airport on my way back from a trip to Miyazaki last week.
It is a light, light-bodied Yamada-Nishiki, but has a delicious aftertaste of bitterness, rice, and umami. MAJOn my way home from basketball, I stopped by a liquor store I was interested in.
I suddenly found an unfamiliar sake, "Hokura Chitoku".
Let's fill Miyazaki! I picked it up just because. (lol)
By the way, Chitoku Shuzo is the only sake brewery in Miyazaki Prefecture that specializes in sake! 😲
Even though it's an unpasteurized sake, it has a very mature taste.
You think it's a beautiful dry sake, but after rolling it around on your tongue for a while, the sweetness and flavor of the rice starts to spread.
The finish is smooth with a hint of sourness.
It wasn't a perfect strike, but it was delicious.
I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, but it's a good idea. 💦
Before I knew it, I had drank two glasses, so I'll hold out hope for a taste change~. 😆 香穏kanonGood evening, MAJ!
I see you play basketball - that's wonderful 🏀✨!
I also had a 17 degree alcoholic drink today, so I'm definitely fluffy (lol)
You can tell a lot even with a 1 degree difference in alcohol content😅. MAJGood evening, Shangquan kanon! 😄
I can't quit playing basketball no matter how old I get 😆 Since I started drinking sake, I can feel the difference a degree makes! When it's good, you can't help but drink too much at home 😁. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
