I bought this on my way home from the reception at Big Sight yesterday, because the course is near the brewery (Shiba).
I will drink it tonight and sleep like a dead man.
When I opened the bottle, there was a slight aroma of rice.
A little fizz? Tangy on the tongue. It has a strong acidity and pungency with a clean aftertaste.
