It was Halloween🎃, right?
I forgot about it because my family has nothing to do with it 🤣.
I bought this sake from Kumamoto (Sandesi) to drink properly.
It's made with sake instead of brewing water.
I thought it would be light because of its 12% alcohol content, but it tastes quite peculiar 😳.
It tastes a bit matured, sweet but also caramelized and sour.
Is it close to brown sugar sweetness? It's a little bit like Tamagawa 🤔.
But it's not as rich as Tamagawa, and maybe because of the low alcohol content, it seems a little thin at the end.
This is low in alcohol, but it doesn't go down so fast 😅.
