I was feeling much better today and the weather looked nice, so my wife and I went to Nanzenji Temple to enjoy the autumn leaves! The weather was nice and pleasant. We went back to Sanjo for lunch. We had beer and wine from noon on the good news that I was feeling better! For some reason, the meal was vegan! It was my first time, but it was delicious! In the evening, we decided to compare the sake from Tsuwano that we had purchased on our trip to Yamaguchi! All of the sakes were from breweries that were new to us! So the first sake of the Tsuwano sake comparison was the Furuhashi Shuzo's Hatsujin! This time, the first sake! Let's start with the first sake! First, the aroma. It has a slightly unusual aroma. What is it? When you put it in your mouth, it has a gentle sweetness, richness, and complexity. The smooth mouthfeel is also impressive. The lingering taste is mild and easy to drink, with a slow shift to a less intense bitterness. The overall impression is that it is thin. I have never tasted this before, but I enjoyed it because this mild taste and gentle flavor went very well together.

Hi ma-ki-, good evening 😃. I've never had Hatsujin-san, but it sometimes comes in stock at the supermarket you just commented on 🍶. I'll try to drink it next time I see it 🤔✨.

Good morning, ma-ki-! I am relieved to hear that you are feeling better 🥰. I have not had "Hatsujin" yet and I am still not familiar with San-in area sake 🤔. I'm going to Kyoto on Wednesday this week, so "Nanzenji" is also very drunk ✨.

Thank you, soumacho! I also learned about it from a sightseeing book and a review by Sakewa, but I got it as a reminder of my trip 🤗. Kinuya-san, your sake handling is awesome 😲. I'm looking forward to your feedback😊.

Good evening, ma-ki-chan! I'm glad you're feeling better 😊But still, beautiful autumn leaves 🍁Kyoto seems to have lost a few foreign tourists due to the incident, so the timing may have been good! Lunch looks delicious too😍.
