Okunomatsu-san started out as a samurai turned brewer. Just looked at the label on the back💦.
The name Sake Samurai seems to represent their roots. Junmai Daiginjo Black.
Faintly fruity aroma at first. When you drink it, a soft sweetness spreads and a slightly gorgeous world fills your mouth 😊It tastes like a Junmai Daiginjo, and you can't help but smile 💕The acidity is not so great. It's a soft, gentle sake 🍶It was delicious 💕.
