Well, I have been drinking a lot of Tenzan this year.

Mildly mature flavor in the mouth.
Soft, moist and sweet.
Full-bodied rice swells up.
After the alcohol is slowly hot,
After the hot alcohol, it goes away leaving behind the sourness, umami, and a little bitterness that you would find in mirin (sweet sake).
