I bought it because of its stylish label.
The aroma was sweet, but not too much.
As the label on the back of the bottle says, the sweetness and umami spread quickly when you take a sip, but it finishes quickly and elegantly without lingering.
I think this sake is good with simple Japanese food, and is also a satisfying gem to drink on its own.
