The sake is called "Omi ya ni fame no ippongi, sakanami, which opens from one tree to the next.
If you put your heart and soul into making sake that people will enjoy, it will be passed on from person to person, just like a "sahnani".
Zenjiro Asahara, the first brewer, wrote this poem to express this sentiment.
Zenjiro Asahara was born on the shores of Lake Biwa. At the age of nine, he entered a sake brewery in Ome, Tokyo, and at the age of twenty-nine, he opened his own business in his current location in Moroyama.
