ヒラッチョ
Sake from the Yamaki Sake Brewery in Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture.
I was unable to attend due to circumstances, but it was a souvenir from my trip to Yamanashi.
It was made in September 2020 and stored in the refrigerator for a long time, but it has not been twisted, and the color remains clear, but it has a clean, refreshing taste typical of Yamanashi sake, and although alcohol is added, the alcohol smell is moderate.
It is a sake like the image of "Kiyosato" 👍.
