Takatsugu
A first-time encounter at a local liquor store. We opened a bottle of "Wolf Flame" from a brewery that brews "Chichibu Nishiki" in Saitama.
Pouring it into a sake cup, I found it to be a beautiful cloudy white orikara. The taste is clear with little cloying flavor that goes down your throat easily. As you drink it and the temperature rises, you can taste the mellow flavor.
I wanted to drink "Chichibu Nishiki," a regular sake, to feel the difference in taste. Delicious: ❗️
