Tonight, I decided to have a side dish of mackerel simmered in miso with yuzu (Japanese citron), so I chose #Shin Tsuchida Junmai from the #Tsuchida Shuzo brewery in Kawaba-mura, Tone-gun, Gunma Prefecture.
The aroma is pleasant and refreshing apple cider vinegar. The first sip of this wine has a caramelized taste that follows the image of apple cider vinegar. I lightly warmed it up, but I prefer it at room temperature.
