I am at the Niigata Sake no Jin. I bought the label because it is a sake not found in Tokyo. It tastes like melon, but is light and dry.

A gift from a trip to Niigata. It was the first time I had heard of this sake brewing company. It is a ginjo-shu made from Gohyakumangoku (five hundred million stone) harvested in Tsunan Town. It was refreshing, rich, and tastier than expected.
