The name "Hashu Honor" alone is enough to get me excited.
The beautiful notes, the sweetness that is just right without being overpowering, the umami, and the sharpness of the aftertaste are all very tasty ... but the Jyushiyo I drank just before was too good for my palate, so the impact was relatively weak.
I think I drank them in the wrong order...
