チャーリーたぬきAeon Junmai Daiginjo series.
This is the second bottle from Kato Shuzo, following "Mukyoku". It is heavier and drier than Mukyu, but fruity and delicious from the first sip to the last. It became my favorite of the series (among the ones I drank). HeroyuiPurchased at a local liquor store.
Clear rice aroma with excellent sharpness.
It is mellow and dry, just as it says on the bottle.
It is like a rich junmai sake, yet has the elegance of a daiginjo.
