One of the drinks I ordered from the set at a standing bar.
The brand name is listed as Haruhi, but there is no brewery? On the back it was listed as a limited partnership in Chiba prefecture. 😳
I had no preconceived notions about the taste, but it was easy to drink and had a good aroma. It was also described as a Junmai Daiginjo ❗️👍
It was made with 20% Yamadanishiki and 80% Akaban Omachi, which is a good rice for sake.
It tastes good, so I have no problem with it.
I would like to know where and how it is made 🙄.

Good morning, Robin 😃.
I don't mean to be rude, but Haruhi is a sake brewed in Yamatake City, Chiba Prefecture by Shangiku Meikyu, a sake brewery that brews Sono Shangiku, etc. 🍶.
It's hard to tell because they release seasonal sake one after another 😅.

Hi Robin 😀
Aladdin answered earlier 😀.
I love this series, but I also love the total cold chrysanthemum made with Chiba rice😇.
