The appearance is perhaps a slightly lighter golden color than other Kikuhime.
It was released under a new brand name due to its sake quality that deviates from the philosophy of the Kikuhime brand category, but the aroma and taste were very Kikuhime-like and very delicious.
This time we had it cold and at room temperature.
Personally, I preferred it at room temperature, where the gentle flavor of the rice could be felt more.
I don't know if there will be more Tohena brands in the future, but I would like to follow them as well.
