チャーリーたぬきI love Izu and often stay there. This is a fresh special junmai sake I bought at a liquor store in Ito. It is truly a made-in-Shizuoka sake, brewed with Shizuoka rice and Amagi spring water. It has a mild, dry but mellow taste, and goes perfectly with the dried sardines and kagosei fish paste that I bought with it. I would like to buy it again! ひろし〰fixture
