Kaorutaka obtained through a black market deal with a sake teacher.
Thank you, as always, for this precious bottle for me!
So, I sent it to our company's sake lovers' party.
I wondered if it would be a good idea to drink it while eating yakiniku, but yes! It's not bad at all! It is a middle-class sake with a comparatively strong flavor, so it has a strong presence without being overshadowed by the meat. The sharpness is also very clear, so the fatty feeling is also smoothly washed away.
It is a rare sake, and I don't know if the brewer is doing it or not, but please pass it on again next year.
Thank you very much!

Hi Pon 😁.
I also think, alcohol is people. You have a lot of contacts around here, so you can get this kind of thing 😊.
It's not the taste of the day, but I'm glad it was well received 🤘.

Hello Mamio 😁.
Kaorutaka is a robust food sake, so it will make a good presence 😋.
If you are in Aizu, only a gardener might carry it, but I wish you good luck 🤘.
