This is the first time for Nagoya's Kanatora Sake Brewery🐅.
It is a sake using white malted rice 🍶.
The first aroma is sweet and sour with a hint of acidity.
When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the refreshing acidity of white malted rice and a moderate sweetness.
I had never heard of Kanatora Sake Brewery, so I looked it up on sakewa.com and found that this sake was certified as a perverted sake by bouken, a member of the Perverted Sake Lover's Club, in February of this year🤣.
I don't think it's that sour, but I guess last year's lot was sour 😅.
The refreshing sourness was delicious 🍶✨

Good evening, Mr. Matsuchiyo.
I wonder if it's the difference in lot or year of production 🤔.
It was like a modest Mai-Beauty 😅
